Terms of Sale
These terms apply to all ticket purchases on Jabeh.
1. Scope
Jabeh sells tickets on behalf of event organisers. The contract for the event itself is concluded with the organiser named on the event page.
2. Purchase
A purchase is complete once payment is confirmed. Your tickets are sent to the email address you provide.
3. Prices and fees
All prices include VAT. A service fee per ticket is shown before payment.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Event tickets are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. If an event is cancelled, the ticket price is refunded. Service fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Entry
Each ticket QR code is valid for one entry. Duplicated codes are rejected at the door.
6. Resale
Commercial resale of tickets is not permitted without the organiser’s consent.
7. Governing law
